Traffic control plans in Orlando and Central Florida

We do a large share of our work in the Orlando area, from resort and theme park roadways to airport roadways and the public streets around them.

Where we work in Central Florida

  • Resort, hotel and theme park properties, including private internal roadways
  • Venues, convention centers and other high-traffic destinations
  • New Year's Eve and holiday events, with their road closures and crowd routes
  • Airport roadways, curbside areas and terminal access
  • Public roads in Orlando, Kissimmee and the surrounding cities
  • Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties
  • FDOT right of way throughout Central Florida

Built for places that never close

Resorts, parks and airports run around the clock, with guests, shuttles, deliveries and emergency vehicles that all have to keep moving while work is underway.

We plan for that: work hours that fit the property's operations, routes that keep guest and service traffic separate where possible, clear pedestrian paths, and phasing that keeps entrances open.

Private property and public permits

Work on a private resort or park roadway often follows the owner's own requirements as well as FDOT and MUTCD standards. Work that touches a public road needs the city, county or FDOT permit too. We prepare plans that satisfy both.
